EWB was the best of a bunch of really nice aeroplanes. It had the straightest airframe and was just plain delightful to fly. The F28 was steam driven, an ergonmic nightmare(esp. wrt the autopilot and flight director system)and required a high level of operator knowlege to fly the type really well. A well flown sector where all the numbers worked out and spin up at 1000' with flap42 was most rewarding.
