Assuming you're still in the 'old' pension scheme, you need to serve to age 38 or 16 years, whichever is the longer, in order to qualify for an immediate pension. In your case, you need to serve to 38 or you won't get a pension when you leave, just preserved rights to claim one later in life. I'm sure that's not what you're after...
