I would imagine it depends where the aircraft you work on are registered?
Anyway a quick search on Google produced
http://www.caa.gov.tt/home.asp Hover over Regulations then select TTCAR 01 , it opens a pdf file which has all the info on obtaining a local licence.
Site doesn't work very well in Firefox though so stick to Internet Explorer.
