You are not a Captain at EK and your not going to be one. Those are reserved for the F/Os that have the capability.
You promised us that you were leaving when jobs opened up in the far east.
There really is an exodus at KA or you could borrow 60,000K from Dad and buy a job at SQ. I see Air Vietnam are looking for career F/O's. There is lots of oppurtunities out there for you in the right seat.
Please leave EK like you promised and go some where else, by doing that you will raise the standarsd in both airlines.
