The harsh reality is that you are not as useful as skippers and experienced FO's. Priority is to train up new skippers and FO's who have command time/potential before long, as well as convert the remaining -200's drivers onto the -800.
Anyway, one wonders why you're sights are not set on a different airline. You WILL get screwed if you join FR. But then, maybe you're into that
