the main contender for a scheduled route to YYZ would be Zoom, although the current Air Transat service is always shown in the Airports monthly timetable as a scheduled route.
Now that CPN figures seem to meet the SAS criterior to become double daily (60% capacity) I am hopeful for some news soon. A morning and evening service would be much better for business and transfer needs.
