Post Secondary education
I know it will give me an edge over those who don't have it, but is it really that important?? For me $$ has been a big issue, and it was either University or flying, not both. If I make it to interview level, and can explain why I don't have a degree because of funding and time constraints, do you think they can overlook it? I'm very self educated in many fields, I just don't have a piece of paper saying so
