As far as I am concerned I think that Gibb character has been puffing the magic dragon... maybe it's counted as "flying" duty now in the UK !...
As I remember, this whole stuff started when union members complained that AM was twisting their arms to perform flights exceeding their duty . So, logically since DCA has now publicly disavowed us & thrown us in the lion den I think MALPA & AEA should go back to those members & ask them to come forward.
If their figures add up & of course thse will tally those kept by AM we should know who is lying once & for all...
Also judging by the translation of this article RR looks like the weakest link...
I hope MALPA & AEA will quickly issue a statement on this garbage newspaper article & refute all the nonsense in it
