Rough translation of some of the salient points in direct quotes:
The article starts by saying that "RR spread panic last year. Today he's facing a boomerang"

"Given the gravity of his accusations the DCA had no choice but to ask the UK CAA to investigate, who sent Mr. David Gibb, an expert on the matter"

"Mr Gibb's report was submitted to the DCA and exonerated MK on 4 of the 5 points raised by RR"

"With regards to the 5th, Mr Gibb recommended a change to procedures to avoid any further risk of confusion"

"Those who have seen the report state that it's only a question of semantics"

"RR has been suspended from duty since last year"

"MK has not yet received the report from the CAA. However, it is clear that the conclusions of Mr. David Gibb are forceful enough to now sanction RR"

"The Mauritius Trade Union Council feels that the suspension of RR amounts to intimidation. The Federation is of the opinion that MK puts too much pressure on pilots regarding their flying hours"

"Whilst admitting that MKs method of calculating flight time is based on the British model, Nirvan Veersamy, MD MK, stated catagorically that "Our methods of calculation adhere strictly to those of the CAA. They have been approved by the DCA which is our local regulator. The allegations of the union are without foundation""

All of the above are direct quotes. Go figure!!!
