Be yourself! No real tech questions and only looking at the person. The only way you will get an interview is through pilot cv plus if you know someone on the inside who can drop your name in the right circle it will really help. It got me the interview and the job. Great place to be and a very very solid future! Don't need the B737 endorsement prior to the interview, will be given all info after you get the job! Go for it.
