Now before anyone says "do a search", I already have so. I could not locate much in the way of the interview process, just everything else.
I know how much they get paid, and what the pilots agreement is, but could people shed some light on some of the following questions.
1. How do you find out you have an interview? Via phone or letter?
2. Is it at HQ in Spring Hill?
3. Who conducts the interview normally?
4. What sort of prep. is required? Is it a technical interview like Cathay, or a lot of apptitude type stuff like Qantas?
5. Is it a laid back type affair, general type chat, or full on good cop, bad cop situation?
6. Do you find out if successful within 24hrs?
7. Are you getting paid when over doing a type rating oversea's?
8. Any other stuff that people should be aware of before going in that may be of help...please say.
Could people please give honest answers pertaining to the questions only, and refrain from sending the thread off track. Its not just helping me but lots of other folk that may be interested also.
