I know what you mean about tempting fate!
I think I am going to B&B it for the first few weeks until I know what is what etc. I got hold of the local paper and you can get DB&B for £70-85pw....it doesn't say what its like though!
I also called CATC (cheers Gonzo
) who said they will be sending an induction pack with everything in a week or two.
