Monarch Have removed a row of seats from certain A/c
It was all done officially too !!! Lots of Paperwork and Yes the PSU's were all moved to suit the new layout.
This was done to allow more leg room in the first few rows which Monarch charge more money for - The same way most airlines are going.
With regard to the Premium cabin - Yes there is more leg room- Yes there are seatback tellys - Yes the service is better and Yes you do get more for your money
