I did ring the FAAA and they told me haltingly that it is supposed to be out in mid November when the union told us back in march that the temporary dispensation was suppose to end at the conclusion of BP 240 if the vote was no.
Let’s see if that is the case but what worries me is your attitude that because you want it then it has to be implemented.
What problem do you have with a vote????

What about my suggestion about a media campaign, I suggested that to the faaa as well and was laughed at, as if I have no idea how politics worked.

Any L/H crew who are reading this, ring the union office and demand that the vote be sent out immediately and that it is run through the AEC and not just the faaa. As I have said, to let the faaa run the vote would be like leaving the blood bank to Dracula. It appears as though the union is leaving this vote as long as possible so that interest in it has dropped and most crew thinks of it as a lost cause.
