There must be a reason why your crews have to do manual loadsheets. Has your airline provided the a/c's trim and performance characteristics to Servisair's system support department? If they haven't, then the a/c clearly won't be set up in the DCS for a computerised loadsheet! This being the case, iit's the fault of your airline, NOT the handling agent.
