Go to
http://www.microsoft.com/windowsxp/d...powertoys.mspx
then download the Image Resizer listed in the column on the right. You can resize as many images as you want in one go to what ever size you want.
I use it to resize the photos to 1024x768 for my website. This produces a nice small file size, but still a good enough resolution to use as a desktop background or print out.
