Mind you there is a vast difference between
COST and
VALUE. Abeles SPENT $300 plus million on it which was supported by debt which could never be justified by the potential earnings and that was a decade BEFORE it was sold for it's real VALUE.
Wonder where the excess millions got filtered off to when it was built.
