Impossible to find webspace access settings on NTL website, probably because they want you to buy the Terrapin ftp software so they make a %. But other websites advise using the following settings:-

username: ntl username (same as email; eg

password: password for username above (again same as email)

http://homepage.ntlworld.com/username

Referring to line 2 above, my ntl email format is
[email protected].
which has no full stop. What am I missing?
