Darth Bany had technically to resign to apply for this job, as the job of DFO was going to be scrapped all together. But Darth Bany refused... Somehow, he stayed as DFO with a COE on his head.On must bear in mind that besides his pilots licence, unlike a lot of his other management pilots, Darth Bany has not much in terms of accademic credentials... So getting the COE job was indeed out of his reach.
