So Flying Orange - are you going to join BALPA and give them your backing to try and improve everyones lot at eJ or are you just going to let everyone else pay and reap the benefits?
Putting it bluntly, would you go into a pub and sit down at someone elses table and help yourself to their beer / food? Why not?
Don't whine if YOU are not prepared to put YOUR money where your mouth is. BALPA isn't perfect but you must realise it's the only option we have. A better deal for the pilots will work BOTH ways if it can stem the supposedly high (or potentially high) attrition rate.
Put up or shut up.
