I can understand both of you. If Dutch is happy in EZY than I´m happy for him, but truth is that a lot of people are not very happy and that´s what this thread is about.
CSDU is, like he says, just describing his feelings towards EZY, nothing wrong with that. I´m happy that he is also doing well in his new job.
Just speaking for myself, I´m not too unhappy in EZY, however I do recognize a downward trend vector in T & C´s so I´m also looking around for a company with a bit more of a long term strategy towards it´s staff.
