Broadband Speedtest Results
My 1Mb connection has been pretty stable for some time now until last week. I have found the speed to have dropped to less than a 1/2 Mb connection speed...talked to Pipex and completed some bt speedtesters, over the last 2 days these came up as 774,733, 764, then tody as 1901 and 1855Kbps. At the same time I tried a range of the usual online speedtests and they remained constant at less than 1/2 Mb. What now? Do I phone Pipex on Mon, wait 1/2 hr to talk to someone and convince them there is a fault or am I misreading something? Does the BT test mean that the line is good up to 2mb and Pipex are only putting out 1/2mb?
I welcome any advice!!
