1) BOHC was established as a result of poor contractual management of the easyServices (100% owned by EZY) contract i.e. EZY did not manage them as the same 3rd party entity as they do with the rest of the GHAs around the network.
2) BOHC is a JV between Menzies and EZY at LTN only, although EZY and Menzies do have another "self-handling" operation at LEI and contracted handling to Menzies at AMS, EDI and PRG, with BFS soon to novate from Aviance to Menzies. There are further opportunites to establish self-handling operations, albeit managed by Menzies, on the network where cost beneficial.
