I am not accusing anyone, I am trying to indicate the situation.
how it was and how it became aggrevated trough time.
SXS has passed its point at which it could be reversed to a healthy company were everyone could live together in harmony
(like in the past).
Just 2/3 weeks ago another one left. WHAT DID ANYONE WITH POWER DO?................nothing.
as a civilian pilot you are doomed !in sxs.
none of the military guys give a **** about it, most of them having their son waiting to take your place.
Now its waiting for your turn, when will it happen to me.
Like I said everyone has his motivations, and maybe it is ignorance. I dont know..........
but its not ignorance from my side. Or from another individual
