Yes I agree He pushed the wrong rudder in the flare
The bus has a very powerfull rudder and you only get that much movement if you kick to much rudder, let alone the wrong one
If you check the video closely watch the tail move with the wrong input, the gust would have to be huge to effect a big a/c like that
