Back to the topic. I have compiled a list of 230 pilots having left easyJet in the last three years. Most airlines would baulk at such an amount but easyJet doesn't seem to care at this cost and the effect on morale other than to say:"It is within their budget!"
Effing big budget, I say and a waste of money while the airline struggles to control costs and asks us to sacrifice a decent pay deal while doing so.
The bigger cost will be when aircraft are parked against some fence without drivers as the word spreads like a cancer: Do not join this airline!
It could and should be the best airline in the UK lo-cost market but the management cannot see the wood from the trees, or are so arrogant they think they can run an airline without pilots.
