Hotnhi - I'm already a member...joined when I joined the company (was employed outside UK before)...
I can assure you that I have tried to encourage people to join....Check my posts here on pprune....I have been shot down by quite a few here for trying, but I agree 100% with you!
I believe joining BALPA is THE ONLY way to get anything changed around here....Unfortunately quite a few of our colleagues don't agree with us....
