Ice man actually mentions a point that I am quite upset about:

8. 5 very early starts, between 0455 and 0600.

Now the new agreement says we should be limited to a max of 10 hours total duty whenever starting ony any of three subsequent days starting before 0700. (correct me if I'm wrong, Idon't feel like looking it up, it is after all 0132lt)

This was appearently decided by the caa to keep us all from dropping dead after doing five cons. earlies.

How can it then be that they issued a dispansation for that same rule to help the company to introduce that sceme for the first year of it's operation? Are we as pilots less prone to fatigue and mistakes now than in half a years time because we have agreed with the caa to give the company a break? have we collectively decided now to try a 110% not to crash in stead of the usual 100%, which we are ofcourse all looking to go back to after this is all finished? 'cause if we did, I didn't know about it and I may have been guilty of not trying hard enough to stay awake and alive...
