Sorry to hear that you never got to fly the sim. I find it outrageous that the airlines actually seem to be making money from these assessment centres these days. I guess they know that you have paid for the whole ride so far, you might as well keep on paying just because you are already used to it. Did they at least give you a free sandwich when you were there?
I guess as long as there are people out there that are willing to pay for these assessments, nothing will change in this 'dog-eat-dog' industry. Unfortunately it is a catch 22!
