Ive just come back from my second selection attempt with Austrian Arrows, unfortunately I got a second negative result.
My question is this, you have to pay €360.- for the selection and they have a notoriously high rejection rate >95%. As there were about 50 candidates there this equares to €18 000,- , is there legally anything stopping an airline having selections as a money earner, even though they are not actually hiring?
Yes it is probably just sour grapes, but I thought it all went extremely well and was very suprised not even to be asked back for a sim check.
Just needed to get that off my chest,
any comments welcome
cheers for now
