I understand your reluctance to answer. I guess I should be more clear. I am a PhD student at Centre for Transport Studies at Imperial College London and this project actually started in 2003 at EUROCONTROL Experimental Centre (Bretigny, France). I know the topic is highly sensitive, but I can assure you that any responce/questionnaire is totally de-identified and is used solely for the purpose of scientific research.
