Excuse my poor memory but:
S = showers (rain in various forms)
H = Hail
I = Icing
T = turbulence
W = Weather (gusts, unstable conditions)
E = (I am having a CRAFT moment and cannot remember)
L = Lightning.
Perhaps this will jog your memory. If it does, please let me know what the E is, 'cos it is driving me mad.....
