Mr Vacation has no motivation to do something,and he doesn't expect any career in the company,I believe he just waits for the retirement. These guys and P.S. deserved to pay the damage,even it takes to loose their jobs.Millions of Euro has been lost just because of the pilot loose,plus the sacrifice of safety.This is suicide,do they really think the insurance will pay in case of an accident if u fly your pilots without any vacation at all for 3 years? Loose one aircraft= loose the company. A (once upon a time) dream company shouldn't end up like this.
