Im aware of the fact that foreigner pilots are much cheaper but my point is this. Why did sunexpress come up with this ridiculous procedure where a university degree is required when they are now so eager to recruit just about anyone.
Well, the answer to that is basically straight forward and simple......these guys unfortunately saw the civilian pilots in the company as a potential threat to them because they were much better, much procedure orientated, flew better, believed in a 1 degree cockpit gradient rather than a 10 degree one............. and above all , they were people who have adjusted to nowadays society where freedom of speech is allowed. However these guys didnt want that as they have been brainwashed in the military and could not snap out of this military mind....so they always wanted to be treated like god....
and by the way, foreigner pilots flying there are only temporarily therefore cannot be a threat to them.
