I was military pilot but now I am airlinepilot. I can not understand why this people still want to continue military life. When I joined commercial airline in 1989 it was not important for me if military or civilian pilot. Experience is important and character. And I am looking to this 76 group, they have no character and no flying skills, but they think they are god.
They are demotivating all of us and special this young co-pilots. Very very sad
