I dont think this about being a civillian or mil. guy. It is that the 76 ers are a bunch of half/half criminal and loyal to their corps. I really dont understand these guys, even some of the guys that I graduated with thinks they are doing it right. Do you know why ?
Because even my comrades so happy to think that if civilian guys dont get their upgrade they will !!!
Why they did not raise the college requirement to 4 years degree instead of 2 ? I have graduated after than these guys so my degree counts as 4 years , but theirs 2.THATS WHY......!
