It doesn’t matter which of the 3 camps you are in, but unlike most other professions, every year our conditions and salaries are attacked by management. The result is unhappy people! Unfortunately QF blame J* and

VB blame J* and call all QF w@ankers, J* wonder how they were forced to work for the lowest $ around. Until we all get together and stop the divide and conquer tactics, conditions will never improve. Sadly, this is the reason more and more pack up and head overseas. I also suspect the downturn in GA training is a result of the poor conditions one can expect at the end. Good luck!
