Flyjet have recently taken on direct entry seniors to cope with the forth coming expansion of the airline, with the arrival of a 767 imminent. Pay is is reasonable and comparable to most other charter airlines. As for trips they vary in length from overnighters to a week depending on the route, for example the crew have recently been spending a week at a time in Accra, Ghana. Doesn't sound particularly wonderful I know but the crew enjoy the trips and at the end of the day it's a week in the sun
