My guess is that you're working for an airline based in Switzerland where the so-called Tigers are plain clothe policemen paid by the Bundessicherheitdienst, i.e. by tax payers. They are not keen on flashy orange and black stripes but normally carry a leather holster with a heavy metalthing in it, which sometimes turns out to be largely as dangerous as a Tiger bite.
