You are going to an ophtalmologist in Elisabeth Hospital. He will show you the standard colour tables with the dots and embedded two-digit numbers. If you pass this test, nobody will ever ask you any question. I do not know what happens if you don't see all this colour tables but I know a Captain who was there with me and he was unsure if he passes or not. I think it well all right. If you have difficulties your case goes to CAMB (Civil Aviation Medical Board) where all the specialists are. Every case will be treated individually.
