no company is perfect, but i think it is good when a company takes positive action towards making things better and fairer amongst its employees.
I call it fire fighting, you push people until they start to leave then you have to back off, I wouldnt consider this good management.
Did NJE not cut the salaries of the first pilots they enticed into the company some years ago?
