I totally agree with you vickers.The story which you wanna verify had happend out of istanbul around 2 years ago,they took off with the gear pins on and had to turn back.A short while after that incident cpt became chief ground instructor and f/o became cpt last year!!because all those militaries got the managment positions and the covered their friends as... pretty good.Good managment example!!!
