I have some objective information.
Where do Americans get off allowing
companies to turn their noses up at
creditors under this chapter11 nonsense
in the first place.
The great land of free enterprise my ass.
But I guess a country that is itself in
effective chapter11 should allow this
sort of corporate behaviour.
If a business can't pay its debts, real
free enterprise says it should fail.
Where does that leave the USA?
