Just when we thought that United had lost all the money they could afford to! As a refugee from the world of corporate aviation I wait with anticipation for United's entry into one of the most cut-throat corners of aviation. If they (United) think that they will be able to fob off complaints from their new customers like they do the regular passengers, they are far more out of touch than even I gave them credit for. You do not tell someone who has sent you a check for 15000-500000$ in order to enjoy personal transport that their ride to Europe will be 1-3 hours late, or that ATC is to blame for a schedule slip, etc, that will not fly, literally. Get ready for some serious muck-slinging when business-as-usual meets big-money demands.
