GJ LUX is quiet ok. This is valid especially for Captain positions. Money they pay for F/Os isn't that great. Actually it is well below industry standard. It seems that all the pilots in the company have different salaries, depending on which plane they fly... Some owners are more generous, some aren't. Most pilots are on a 15on 15off roster, which is quiet good as well. Since the per diem is 90EUR a day you get per diems payed for every single day on duty, so 15x90EUR each month. Tickets to and from duty are provided by company. Atmosphere in the company is good.
