Not being cheeky, but a search should reveal all you need. It doesn't change that much. In particular look at:
why the company chose turboprops instead of 737/320 like everyone else,
why do they like the Q400 so much,
current fleet and orders, dash and embraer,
plus the usual personal stuff.
