Kiwi Land still remains a good investment with its lower dollar - I've got a little shack there that I rent on a casual basis to the locals, then siphon the money o/s. N.Z.'s a nice place to relax, ski cheaply, eat out at very reasonable prices, and enjoy the journey back into the 70's. However as many Gold Coast (esp. Robina) residents will attest "Et's a cool place to vusit, but ewe wouldn't want to heff to luve theer! Oz - good as gold for me!"
