Yup as Oz said Stirling stn is close to town - the train runs down the middle of the freeway...
if you use the Journey Planner on the web site, you can pick the time of day and it will estimate the time it takes. Of course this varies with traffic, train delays etc but it should give you a good idea. Also the frequency of trains changes depending on time of day (e.g. peak hour may be one every 10 or 15 min, other times it may be one every half hour....)
