Your right flybywire VS does have the same problem, but i think BA has it on a larger scale because you have 4 or more times more cabin crew.
And as for jeremy clarkson! well i dont think you have lost much there, i read his article and what a pompous, sexist homophobe. I knew there was a reason i switched channels every time he appeared on top gear.
