First of all, you'll be in the sim with an experienced instructor, and he/she will tell you exactly what to do and when to do it.
Secondly, as these sims aren't cheap and you've only got two hours, why put the auto-pilot on?! Fly the thing and have fun, remember, you won't kill anyone or break anything!
